The SWE-45 front sweeper is the ideal solution for professional dirt and snow removal. Designed for small and municipal tractors as well as carrier vehicles with 13 to 36 kW, it impresses with its powerful performance and versatility – all year round.
The center drive allows sweeping on both sides, even along obstacles, ensuring thorough cleaning right up to the edges. The standard height-adjustable support wheels provide optimal ground adaptation. For even greater flexibility, the optionally available pendulum compensation ensures consistent sweeping results, even on uneven surfaces.
Whether for grounds maintenance in cities, on pathways, or large areas – the SWE-45 delivers reliable technology and well-thought-out features for maximum efficiency and cleanliness.
Versatile sweeping rollers – perfectly equipped for every task
The SWE-45 front sweeper offers flexible application options with a selection of different sweeping rollers. The 16-row full bristle roller is ideal for thorough dirt removal, while the 6x3-row spiral bristle roller is specially designed for snow sweeping in winter. This makes the machine perfectly suited for year-round use.
Hydraulic angle adjustment – Greater flexibility in operation
The standard hydraulic angle adjustment allows for effortless lateral adjustment of the sweeping roller. The double-sided support of the rollers ensures even load distribution and precise adaptation to varying working conditions. This guarantees efficient and comfortable cleaning, even in challenging areas.
Side broom - thorough cleaning right to the edge
The optional side broom extends the working width of the SWE-45, enabling even more thorough cleaning. With a 600 mm brush diameter and durable Perlon bristles, the side broom effectively removes dirt along edges and in corners. Depending on requirements, the side broom is available in either a hydraulic or mechanical drive version and is mounted on the right side of the sweeper.
Efficient dirt collector – easy and clean disposal
For clean and efficient operation, the SWE-45 can be equipped with an optional dirt collection container. With a capacity of 77 liters, it reliably collects sweeping debris during operation. The container can be emptied effortlessly and conveniently via a hydraulic system, significantly streamlining the workflow.
Splash guard - clean results without compromise
The optional splash guard prevents dirt and debris from being scattered when sweeping without a dirt container. For winter service, a robust splash plate is also available, specially designed for snow sweeping. Both options enhance safety and cleanliness, ensuring controlled and precise operation.
Water spraying system – dust-free cleaning
The SWE-45 can be equipped with an optional water spraying system to significantly reduce dust generation during sweeping. The 110-liter water tank is securely mounted in a sturdy metal frame and powered by an electric 12-volt water pump. Water is evenly distributed onto the ground through three flat spray nozzles, effectively binding dust and creating a cleaner and more comfortable working environment.
