In addition, we have the best transfer range that a material collection device can offer. This means that the material is loaded far enough onto the trailer or into the container when emptied.

The combination of a lightweight yet robust design makes the container with PE plastic shells particularly efficient. They are easy to handle and at the same time durable enough to withstand the daily challenges.

• Impact resistance: Makrolon is extremely robust and resistant to mechanical loads. This protects the cleaning flap and the viewing window from damage caused by stones or other foreign bodies being kicked up by the wind.
• Transparency: The Makrolon window provides a clear view of the inside of the device. This allows the operator to quickly see the fill level or any blockages without having to open the device.
• Weather resistance: Makrolon withstands extreme temperatures and UV radiation. This is ideal for year-round use – whether in summer in strong sunlight or in winter in freezing temperatures.

The CLS material collection device offers excellent directional stability when cornering and driving on the road. This is achieved by the balanced weight distribution of the light but robust PE plastic shells and the low center of gravity. The robust axle design and the torsion-resistant frame construction ensure that lateral forces and unevenness are optimally absorbed. In addition, the CLS is perfectly matched to the steering geometry of compact tractors, which ensures stable and safe tracking.
